FZLC-B5-2 PNEUMATIC ROSIN PRESS MACHINE

The fzlc-b5-2 pneumatic heat press machine is designed for high-efficiency and precision performance. It features dual heated platens with Teflon coating, ensuring more even heat distribution and a smooth pressing surface. Available platen sizes include 38×38 cm, 40×50 cm, 40×60 cm, and 50×70 cm, meeting different production needs. Equipped with two large air cylinders, the machine delivers stronger and more stable pressure output for consistent results. The advanced LCD touch screen control panel provides accurate temperature and time readouts, with a temperature range of 0–300°C and a timer range of 0–999 seconds. By connecting to an air compressor and adjusting the built-in air regulator, users can easily control the pressure within a range of 0–1 MPa, ensuring flexibility for various materials. For enhanced safety, the machine includes an emergency stop button that instantly lifts the upper heating platen when activated. Additionally, the fully slide-out design allows easy placement of items on the lower platen, prevents scalding, and greatly improves operational convenience and efficiency.

Function

1.Turn on power and connect air compressor,place the material on working table

2.Adjust the pressure with pressure adjust screw,lift this screw up to adjust pressure.

3.Clockwise for add pressure,anticlockwise for decrease pressure(advise 0.3-0.6)

4.Set temp&time with temp/time controllers(2)

How to Set Temp&Time

The temp for Heating plate(4) will start to rise up,when it reaching temp you set,place the material on the working table.

Press Start device(1),the heating plate(4) will close.

3.The heating plate(4) will lift up automatic when reaching time you set.

4.Emergency-stop button:when you meet any emergency, press this button, upper plate will

lift up automatically.
